Inspired by our brew with Balter Brewing we decided to take another trip to flavortown. This hoppy lager uses some of the finest Mosaic, Citra Cryo, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin hops we have ever had the pleasure of brewing with. Brewing with Balter was such a treat we decided to run this recipe back with increased alcohol and hopping!
